Your local scene
Find musicians near you.
Set a distance from 5 to 500 km and see the musicians inside it. New in town, or tired of playing alone, the players are closer than you think.
Your radius, your rules
Pick a place and how far you will travel. JamFan only shows people inside it, and never pads the setlist with people too far away to meet.
Filter the locals
Stack instruments and genres to cut straight to the players you need: jazz pianists, punk drummers, anything in between.
New in town?
You do not need scene contacts. Your profile does the introductions, and city directories show who is already playing near you.
Browse musicians by city
JamFan has musician directories across 70 cities, from London and Berlin to New York and Melbourne. Pick a city to see everyone there, or jump straight to its most popular instruments. You do not need an account to look around.
Get an alert when someone joins
If nobody fits yet, set an alert from Browse. JamFan tells you when a musician who matches your filters joins, so the right player finds you the day they arrive.
The directory
Every city has a scene.

Questions
Common questions.
How do I find musicians near me?
Search by instrument, genre and place in the musician search, or create a free profile and let JamFan pick six musicians near you each evening.
How far can I search?
From 5 to 500 km. Most people start at 25 to 50 km and widen it if nobody fits.
Does JamFan work outside big cities?
Yes. Your radius decides who you see, not the size of your town. Widen it, and set an alert for when someone joins.
